 ¿Cómo reutilizar una lata?

 

 Para hacer esta manualidad, vamos a necesitar latas de alimentos que ya se han acabado y vamos a tirar (procurar que sean latas que no tengan el borde cortante).

En primer lugar, lavamos bien la lata y la dejamos secar. Una vez seca, procedemos a aplicar, con la ayuda de una brocha, una imprimación multiusos, este producto lo podemos encontrar en cualquier ferretería, y nos va a permitir poder aplicar cualquier pintura sobre la lata, de manera que se adhiera mejor.

Cuando la imprimación esté seca, pintamos toda la lata con la pintura que hayamos seleccionado, podemos usar cualquier pintura para madera. Damos una primera capa y lijamos ligeramente con una lija extrafina para quitar los excesos de pintura, y pintamos una segunda capa. 

Por último podemos decorar, pintando con un pincel algo o pegando cualquier recorte o pegatina, tal y como muestran las fotos.

 How to reuse a Can?

 First of all, we need look for food cans that have already been finished (ensure that cans dont have the cutting edge).
We have to wash the can and let it dry during a few minutes. Once dry,we have to proceed to apply, with the help of a brush, a multipurpose primer, this product can be found in a hardware store, and it´s very useful because it will allow us to apply any paint on the can, so it should stick better.

When the primer is dry, paint the whole can with your favourite paint, we can use any wood paint. We paint a first layer and sand it lightly with extra fine sandpaper to remove excess paint, and then paint a second coat.

Finally we have to decorate, we can paint something with the help of a little brush or pasting something any magazine clippings or stickers, as we can see in the pictures.
